ICAP Writes Letter to the IDFPR

In a letter written to Mr. Craig Cellini at the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation ICAP expressed opposition to the following statement in the proposed Amendment to Rules for Real Estate Appraiser Licensing:

“If a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser is supervising an Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser, all appraisals completed during the first 500 hours of experience shall be non-residential appraisals”.
