ICAP has finalized our presenters for this years seminar in Collinsville.  We are also in the process of acquiring CE approval in Missouri for this class.  Approval is currently pending.

7: 30 – 8:30 – Registration

8:30 – 9:45 – Thomas J. Kneesel, SRA, Residential Appraisal Compliance Officer, Associated Bank.   Discussion on FNMA Collateral Underwriter from the reviewer perspective, appraiser score cards and how banks utilize the information.  Appraisal related issues including appraiser lists and AMC’s.

9:45-10:00 – Morning Break

10:00-12:00 –   Keith Wolf, Statistics—Gambling with your license.  Practical ramifications, embedded risk and liability of off-the-shelf regression or statistical models.  Building a defensible work file and increasing the credibility of your reports.

12:00-1:00 – Lunch Break – on your own

1:00-2:30 –   Barry Ramsey, IL Program Director, USDA.  Overview of USDA residential direct and guaranteed lending programs, common findings from appraisal QC reviews, changes in USDA regs (7 CFR 3550 & 3555), appraiser qualifications for the USDA residential roster, Affordable Multifamily topics, use restrictions, valuing favorable financing and government subsidies.

2:30 – 2:45 –  Afternoon break

2:45 – 4:00 – Roxann Bohstedt  – Update on market conditions in Southern IL

4:00 – 4:30 – Tamara Bellisario, IFA – ICAP Update on Compliance Issues for Residential Appraisals
