Real Estate Appraisal Webinar Featuring Mario Treto, Jr. & Brian Weaver

The webinar will include a Q&A with Mario Treto, Jr. the Director of the DRE for the Illinois IDFPR and Brian Weaver the Real Estate Appraisal Coordinator of the Illinois IDFPR.

In addition the Director will discuss broad topics related to the Division of Real Estate including the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, how new processes have improved the Department in terms of case load backlogs and processing times. The Director will also discuss some of his priorities with regard to the upcoming changes to the Appraisal Act and AMC Rules.

Brian Weaver (Real Estate Appraisal Coordinator)  will cover more detailed topics and what ICAP members should expect to see going forward from the Department.
