2021 Membership Reminder

Effective April 1, 2021, all members who have not renewed will be purged from the ICAP database and you will no longer receive the many benefits ICAP offers its members such as access to our website, discounts on education or our email alerts. 

If you have not renewed your membership please consider to continue to help ICAP represent appraisers in Illinois.  We are a small profession, but there is strength in numbers.  It is a small fee to pay to help support your profession here in Illinois. Please help us to remain strong and effective…renew your membership with ICAP today.
We are looking forward to you continuing your membership in one of the oldest and most successful appraisal coalitions in the United States. 

ICAP’s annual dues are only $85

ICAP provides information; experiences and a network that help you grow as a leader in your profession. We are advocating for you in Illinois state legislature and at the state licensing board.  Your dues support these efforts.

We’ve gone virtual! Safety first! That’s why this year, we’re holding the seminars virtually. All you need is a computer or digital device with internet access to participate.

This years ICAP seminars will host hundreds of professional appraisers who are dedicated to remain updated in the latest topics in the real estate appraisal profession.

Each seminar will provide 7 hours of continuing education.  State approvals include Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Indiana.
